Urban Al Khoory Hotel - Dubai

I really liked the modern decor and comfy room, but the location was a bit far from downtown and no view from the window. A pleasant stay!

welcoming property staff like the service of mahesh. the restaurant was good which is so cosy and tasty food, we ordered warm dishes. it was elegant, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Fairly quiet room with a gorgeous skyline view of Dubai skyscrapers and tub and jacuzzi, polite staff like the service of Mahesh. Location adjacent to Dubai Mall and mento station and another one and dubai mall and burj khalifa. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking nearby.

Had a blast at Urban Al Khoory! The rooftop pool views were fine, and the staff were super helpful in getting taxis. Minor hiccup with the pool being closed, but I just used the other hotel's pool next door. Totally recommend it!

The practice of charging a refundable deposit at check-in feels outdated!!! This presumption of distrust towards guests is quite disappointing. A cash-only refund policy is rather inconvenient and gives a sketchy impression. A little consideration could go a long way!!! The difficulty in confirming my cash deposit refund also raised some concerns!!!

Both modern and cute. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast variety with choices even for vegan guests. The staff were very good in helping me feel at home, particularly Yubarav from housekeeping, who surprised me with some extra amenities. The only drawback was the slightly unconventional location, which required a bit of travel to reach major attractions but did provide access to local shops that offered better prices.

Urban Al Khoory is a gem! The breakfast buffet is diverse, with everything from vegan milk to scrumptious chicken sausages, perfect for starting the day right. The staff, particularly the housekeeping crew led by Awais Khan, are true superstars, ensuring rooms are sparkling clean and providing warm, friendly service. The modern decor and rooftop pool with a fine skyline view add to the overall charm!

Just a great fit for a stopover in Dubai with real value for money. The staff was very helpful, especially when I needed assistance with a taxi. Pack some snacks if you prefer a wider breakfast variety.
